I didn't expect to have to wash my hair as often. Sometimes twice a week.
I didn't expect to still be moving my body daily on day 13!
I didn't expect to be able to see the difference. I've seen quite a bit of #NonScaleVictories
I didn't expect to exercise to be part of my worship experience.
I didn't expect to want to record this experience!
Shame has rattled me for most of my life. Unashamed of my thoughts, opinions, body, brilliance etc. Being ashamed has been the deciding factor on if i'll do courageous things. It has caused issues in relationships including my marriage with Che. In that i've been too ashamed to express myself fully.
Being a #NewCreature takes work, it doesn't happen by osmosis lol. Think about the way new babies are created and are birthed - takes lots of work, practice, and careful intentions!
