I plan to grow this month. I'm learning that growth doesn't just occur it requires intention. Growth requires planning and execution. Sure there are roses that grow through concrete and mint that shoots up wildly in what we would consider random places. But someone at some point planted seeds and nurtured those seeds, and pulled up weeds that showed up around the perimeter. Someone planned for roses, mint, and zinnias!
God planned for us. He had a supernatural perfect idea and then He got to work.
It's time that we put in some intentional work to cultivate our lives. "Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness." (Colossians 2:7)
Today is a beautiful day to set some intentions based on where and how God is leading you. Before you make the plans pray. Before you move on a project listen to what God is saying. God has a construction project (our lives) for us to build complete with instructions and the batteries (His Word and Spirit) are included.
Growing requires intention. If not your idea to grow will fizzle out real quick like pretty fireworks. Do God's work based on the plans He gives. Your life will greatly benefit. I am a living witness.
